We are facing a few delays with some couriers and certain items over the busy period on the run up to Christmas.
We are still processing orders as fast as they come in to us, but we are having a few delays with couriers and services because if the extremely busy time of year for all couriers and postage services. We can no longer guarantee a next day service, although all items ordered on a next day before 2pm will still be dispatched and sent on a next day service with Royal Mail or DPD and these items will still arrive sooner than our standard delivery options if selected.
Most deliveries that are sent next day are still arriving next day, but we will no longer accept responsibility for any deliveries not received the next working day if we have processed it and sent it out on a next day service.
Some larger items that are in huge demand at the moment, such as generators are only available to purchase on our standard delivery options of 3 - 5 working days. Again, whilst most are arriving in this time frame, we must advise some deliveries can take between 7-10 working days due to processing time and logistics with much larger items that are in huge demand.
We are doing everything we can to process orders as usual and get them to couriers as fast as possible and will try our best to make sure everything we send is received in a timely manner, but sometimes this is out of our control and will depend on the couriers.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched we are unable to cancel the order. If you wish to return the item once received you can do so in line with our returns policy.
