Some items may have longer lead times if special order, and others may have shorter lead times if we hold stock ourselves. We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items returned through no fault of Spare and Square will be subject to a 20% processing fee (non negotiable), and the cost of postage incured by Spare and Square will also be deducted from any refund amount. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and unused and unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@spareandsquare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you contact us after 3 days of receipt we can not process a return for damages.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like PCBS, special order items, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If an item ordered arrives damaged, please contact Spare and Square within 48 hours of receiving the damaged goods. After 48 hours we may not be able to claim for damages caused in transit. We will swap the item free of charge for the same item. If the item is no longer available or there is no more stock, we will refund the order in full including your postage costs.
In some instances we may require photos of the damaged goods, or the item returning to us.

We are working hard to ensure every spare part that is readily available is on our store to purchase. If you cant find the correct part, or its just not on our store yet, please let us know. Most of the time we can still source and supply the item required, and we would be happy to get this added to our store for you.
Some items not listed on our store may require product information from your appliance, such as model no, production no or serial no. We can help locate these for you if you cant find them easily.
Yes - Resetting your password is easy. Go to the "My Account" link at the top of every page, and select the "Forgot Password" link.
Unfortunately we do not exchange products due to logistics and processing issues. However you can return the unwanted item and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with our return policy.
Once an item has been returend back to us (and only if pre approved) it can take us up to 2 working days to check the return and process a refund. Depending on your payment method, and bank a refund can then take up to 5 working days to show back in your account once processed. We will send an email notification once a refund is applied. For more information we would reccomend talking to your banking provider.
