The HYM40LI420SP is a rechargeable low maintenance Lithium-Ion battery-powered self-propelled lawnmower from Hyundai. HYM40LI420SP is the ideal battery-powered lawn mower for medium to large-sized lawns bringing you a clean, green, cable-free mowing experience.
Eco-Friendly Option
No Cables, No Petrol, No Pollution - the HYM40LI420SP lawnmower is powered by the market-leading 40v Lithium-ion 2.5Ah battery, no more messy fuel or dangerous mains cables.
No electric cord means mowing the lawn has never been easier or safer.
With a charging time of just 80 minutes and a battery lifespan of 1000+ charges, the HYM40LI420SP makes mowing your lawn as easy as possible and will provide an avergae working time of 15 minutes depending on the operating conditions.
45L Grass Catcher
The HYM40LI420SP mower uses a powerful 40v motor, with a cutting width of 415mm, it’s suited for medium to large-sized lawns. It also features a spacious quick release 45L easy airflow grass catcher with a hard lid, meaning you spend less time emptying the cuttings and more time mowing. Attaching and removing the grass collection bag couldn’t be simpler.
6 Cutting Heights
With 6 cutting heights, ranging from 25mm for a smooth lawn to 75mm for cutting longer grass, the HYM40LI3420SP puts you in control over the finish of your cut. The height is adjusted by a single lever, which easily moves through the cutting heights.
Safety Key
Using the mower couldn’t be easier, you simply have to insert the safety key, engage the lock-out button and pull back the Operator Presence Control lever. To use the self-propelled function, just push the rear lever forward.
Easy Assembly Lawnmower
It’s quick and easy to assemble out of the box, allowing you to get it in your garden for the first cut in no time at all. With no engine to service, you also don’t need to spend time checking oil, air filters or spark plugs, making it extremely easy to maintain.
Mulching Lawnmower
Comes with a mulching plug (your dropped cuttings become compost, creating a healthier-looking, greener lawn).
40v Lithium-Ion Battery
The 40v battery and charger are included with this unit.
The battery has an indicator light allowing you to see exactly how much life is left.

What Happens If Something Was To Go Wrong?
- You will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
- Some items need to be registered when purchased, please check the contents of the packaging when you receive the item and register if required.
- You may need to present a proof of purchase for any warranty claims, a copy of your invoice will have been emailed to you and will also be available to download in the "My Account" section.
Returns
We have a 28-day return policy
Which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and unused and unopened and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned through no fault of Spare and Square will be subject to a 20% processing fee (non negotiable), and the cost of postage incured by Spare and Square will also be deducted from any refund amount.
(Cost of return = 20% of items full retail price plus postage costs incured by Spare and Square)
To start a return, you can contact us at info@spareandsquare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you contact us after 3 days of receipt we can not process a return for damages.
